Whether you’re deep in a healing journey or just tired of feeling disconnected from your plate, I’m here to help you make food feel safe, nourishing, and even joyful again.

As a classically trained chef (Le Cordon Bleu, Boston) with over a decade of experience, I’ve worked in kitchens, catered events, and created everything from cold-pressed juices to herbal tinctures. But behind all of that was my own story:

One of burnout.

Of fearing food.

Of dreading dinners out because of the anxiety that came with eating anything “off plan.”

I know what it’s like for food to consume your thoughts instead of nourish your body. I’ve lived that. And now, I help others out of it.

I specialize in niche diets like the Bean Protocol, GAPS, and Medical Medium. Every meal I create is gluten-free, dairy-free, seed oil-free, and refined sugar-free—without sacrificing joy, flavor, or creativity. My work is deeply rooted in sourcing from small farms and local producers, honoring both your health and the land.

But nourishment doesn’t end on the plate. I also weave in tools to support your nervous system, your energetic body, and your intuition—from somatic practices to integrating insights from your astrology chart or Human Design. I see nourishment as multidimensional: physical, emotional, energetic.

Food should feel sacred, yes—but it should also feel fun, playful, and pleasurable.
