I worked with Andrea for a little over a year and a half, and it was truly the best support. I have a lot of dietary restrictions — especially no onion or garlic — and many chefs I reached out to said it was too difficult to accommodate. Andrea never once hesitated. She was incredibly creative with ingredients and always made sure everything was deeply nourishing and flavorful.
If I ever mentioned a family recipe I grew up loving, she would recreate and reimagine it to fit my restrictions — and somehow make it just as good (if not better). Unlike typical meal prep services where you’re limited to a few options, everything she made was fully customizable with so much variety week to week. She even made me a gluten-free, sugar-free birthday cake — which was amazing.
Had she not moved to California, I would absolutely still be working with her and eating 95% of my meals from her kitchen. I miss her dearly. Any client who works with Andrea is so lucky — you can truly taste the care, creativity, and love she puts into every single dish.
